Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Zyboom collects through this website and what we do with it. What the Zyboom product and its optional desktop agent collect from an organisation's staff is described in section 2 of our Terms of Service.

Scope. This page covers the zyboom.com website and the enquiry and sign-up forms on it. Data your organisation's staff generate inside the product is processed on that organisation's instructions — they decide what is collected and for how long it is kept, and our Terms of Service set out how that responsibility is divided.

What we collect on this site. If you accept the cookie banner, we log anonymous, first-party analytics: an anonymous visitor id, which pages you viewed, referrer, and campaign (UTM) parameters. Nothing is tracked before you accept, and we do not use third-party trackers or ad pixels. If you submit a form ("Get started", a demo request), we additionally collect the email, name, and company you provide.

What we do with it. Form submissions start an email sequence: a welcome message, a short tips email a few days later, and a final note if you have not converted yet — three emails total, then it stops. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Analytics data is used only to understand which pages and campaigns are working.

Email delivery. Depending on how this deployment is configured, outgoing email is either logged locally (development) or sent through a configured transactional email provider (production). Either way, the only emails sent are the nurture sequence described above.

Data isolation. Zyboom's product is built multi-tenant from the schema up: one company's data is never visible to another company's account.

Questions or a deletion request. Contact us at the email address on our homepage or through the "Get started" form, and reference this policy.
